4 oz. cream cheese
½ cup thick and chucky salsa
½ jar Brand’s Fine Foods Peach jalapeño jelly
4 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Mix together, shape into a ball, and roll on slivered almonds. Refrigerate for 8-12 hours. Serve with crackers or top off a hamburger.

To give your salad a kick, try this:
½ cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup vinegar
½ jar Brand’s Fine Foods flavored jelly

Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve over mixed greens, or marinate your steaks or chicken breast.

½ cup butter
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
¼ cup lemon juice
1/3cup Brand’s Fine Foods Pineapple Jalapeño Jelly
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
¼ teaspoon dried thyme

Melt butter in sauce pan, add cornstarch, blend, and add remaining ingredients. Cook for 5 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. Brush on chicken during the last 5 minutes of grilling time. Heat remaining sauce and serve with chicken.

Add two parts Brand’s Fine Foods Orange Jalapeño Jelly to one part apple juice or dark beer to liven up your next barbecue. Bush on meats before and during grilling. Try on pork, duck, chicken, turkey, buffalo, or whatever you plan to grill.

½ cup Brand’s Fine Foods Orange Jalapeño Jelly
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
½ teaspoon mustard
½ teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
½ minced garlic
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
4 bone-in pork loin chops
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper

In a small bowl, combine the jelly, orange juice, mustard, soy sauce, garlic, and pepper flakes, set aside. In a large skillet brown pork chops in oil on both sides over medium-high heat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes longer or until no longer pink in the middle. Remove and keep warm. Pour jelly mixture into skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered for 3-4 minutes or until thickened. Spoon over pork chops.
